Mr. Taranoff is a seasoned executive with more than a decade of experience in public accounting, providing assurance and advisory services to private and public multinational SEC-registered companies. As a Director in TAG, he continues to focus on assisting companies with internal and external financial reporting; helping clients with audit support services including liaising with the external auditors; and providing advice on the application of US GAAP, including breaking down complex accounting transactions.  Mr. Taranoff also assists clients with navigating through restatements as well as providing detailed forensic analysis, as necessary. He has extensive experience with evaluating, reporting, and improving internal controls in accordance with the provisions of Sarbanes-Oxley.

Prior to joining TAG, Mr. Taranoff worked for more than ten years for one of the Big 4 accounting firms.  He currently serves as the current President of the Tampa Bay Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting.

Mr. Taranoff is a Florida licensed Certified Public Accountant.
